Cancellation Policy

By booking a consultation with Dr. Gerald Hightower, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment and scheduling terms. All consultations require a valid payment method on file at the time of booking. Your session time is reserved exclusively for you and is removed from availability once booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so no later than 12 hours prior to your scheduled session time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as failure to show up for a scheduled session, will result in a $50 cancellation or no-show fee, which will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. This policy is in place to honor time, preparation, and availability, and to ensure fairness to all clients seeking services. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments. Late arrival does not exempt you from applicable fees. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy. All consultations with Dr. Gerald Hightower are professional sessions centered on personal growth, emotional readiness, and participation in the Ready to Love program. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to flirtatious, sexual, suggestive, disrespectful, or boundary-crossing language or actions, will not be tolerated. If at any point professional boundaries are crossed, Dr. Gerald Hightower reserves the right to end the session immediately. In such cases, the session will be considered complete and non refundable, regardless of session length or remaining time. By booking this consultation, you acknowledge and agree to conduct yourself respectfully and understand that maintaining professional boundaries is a condition of participation.
